Shipping policy
after an order is placed, it may take 5 to 7 business days to process. however, we aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
once your order has been shipped from our local fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information. please note that your ship time will be determined by the shipping option that you select during checkout and will vary based on the order's final destination.
our free, carbon neutral ground shipping, which is made possible by our partnership with cloverly, may take between 5-8 business days to arrive. you may also opt for standard shipping (3-5 business days) for $20 or express shipping (1-2 business days) for $35.
for international orders
we are excited to offer flat-rate shipping by spend to the UK. eligible rates will auto-populate at checkout and begin at $25. to learn more about our flat-rate shipping, click here
for all other international orders, your shipping costs will be determined by weight + destination at checkout and travel time will vary based on the provider selected.
