return policy
in order to be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn with original tags attached and must be in sellable condition. a return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and will incur up to a 10% restocking.

please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return or exchange. all returns are examined on arrival and a return will only be acceptable if it meets our return policy requirements. we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria.

to limit the impact on our planet (and our small business), we ask that you do not purchase multiple sizes of your garments to "try-on" + return. if you would like guidance on finding your fit, please contact us at concierge@friendandfolk.com
