how inclusive is your sizing + what size system do you use?

although we use our own size system, we do cater to bodies that range from 7xl - xxs on the standard size chart. our custom size system uses roman numerals to eliminate the societal stigma that standard size charts perpetuate. we want our friends + our folk to buy clothing that fits them how they want it to — regardless of the label.

if you need help finding your fit, feel free to to email us at concierge@friendandfolk.com
how do I find my size?
since we use our own size system, we understand that finding your fit may be confusing at first.

you can find size guides on each individual product page which outline the approximate measurements of the garments. additionally, there is a conversion chart to show our roman numeral based system compared to a standard size chart.

if you need help finding your fit, feel free to email us at concierge@friendandfolk.com

we ask that you do not order multiple sizes to "try-on" and return. please consider the impact on the environment and our limited inventory and reach out for guidance instead. we appreciate you helping us take care of our home!

what is carbon neutral shipping and how does it work?
shipping is considered carbon neutral when carbon offsets are purchased to match the impact of the shipping transaction. all offsets that we purchase through our partner cloverly are verified and tracked by reputable 3rd-party organizations to not only ensure the offsets match the impact of the initial transaction but to also ensure they meet rigorous sustainability standards.

our partnership with cloverly allows us to contribute to local offset projects including improving marine efficiency in the los angeles port.

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
